Zootsie’s Got Your Back (and Your Refunds)!

1. Return Window: Not loving your new accessory? You can return it within 7 days of delivery, except socks, which are non-returnable items due to hygiene concerns. Make sure the item is in its original, unworn condition—Zootsie accepts nothing less.

2. Refunds: Once Zootsie’s inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed immediately. If the item’s been worn or damaged, Zootsie might have to say “nope” to the refund.

3. Exchange: Want a different size or style? No problem, baby! Zootsie offers exchanges for the same product within 7 days.

4. How to Initiate a Return: Just drop Zootsie a message at wassup@zootsie.com, and you’ll be guided through the process. Remember, Zootsie’s here to help you rock the right look, so don’t hesitate if something’s not working for you.
